Personal growth and development is represented by this question, can a person truly change? If you believe no, then you won’t. People who say, “I am what I am,” won’t change either. But if you are here then you believe people can change because you want to.
Life Without Change
Life without change is safe, comfy and comes with tiny risk. But then, life itself brings change. Spouses and pass on and kids grow up. Nothing really stays the same as systems and lives move to adjust and balance when forced to by external forces.

Lots of people are right when they define personal growth and development as a life-long process. It’s a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals to realize and maximize their potential.
Does Personal Growth Need a Program?
For some people, yes and others, no. If you need a regiment to keep you on task and in line, then research, work up a plan and work the plan. There are hundreds if not thousands of programs for sale to help with personal growth and development. There are also a few free ones. [See below]
Or others it can start with an idea or need. So when the hope for gain overcomes the fear of loss, your personal growth will start.
We find there is a huge volume of information about personal growth. So much in fact, that you can just dive in and let your research take you to your need and first subject you can improve.
However you proceed, just do not get all nervous and fearful. Just keep moving forward. The are so many different individual needs and circumstances; there is no one perfect path to take. There is only your path.

When you are ready, start as soon as you can, your path will change your life.
Warning. As you grow, for the lack of a different word, you will notice the absence of personal growth in others; even in loved ones. It can and will test your patience. So this is the time you might be able to help someone else. Pay it forward in a sense. When you do, you have taken a huge step.
